This week’s theme is all about you entering your winning season/manifesting it. I don’t know about you, but when I am going through something, the last thing I want to see is more negativity. As if life isn’t already stressful enough, I don’t need to see sad, depressing videos on my algorithm. It’s like our phones know when we’re currently fighting for our entire lives so they want to stress us out even more. Okay, I got in my feelings a bit there. Let’s refocus…

I don’t know how you felt yesterday or the day before, but today is a new day. Instead of dwelling on the “what ifs” and “I should have dones,” we are focusing on the now. Anxiety is basically just our brain worrying about the past and antsy for the future. Instead of us fixating on what happened and what could happen, let’s live in the moment and manifest the best possible outcome for ourselves. I mean after all, this is YOUR WINNING SEASON.
